Yes, well done, you can look it up in a dictionary.  Art is literally a perception point.  I find the human body to be a perfect example of Art - indeed, what is a sculpture if not an imperfect reproduction of the body in all it's glory.

Artists define art as a toilet bolted to a wall, a pile of paper with dog droppings on it, or hell a bunch of crap thrown at a canvas.  Art is truly a thing of perception, NOT of definable quality.  Otherwise you could teach people to be artists...

Even if you want to go by your (again, well done, good google-fu there) definition, do you claim that the human body has no beauty or emotional power?  This already has you ranting like an emotionally insecure teenager... so it's invoked at least one powerful emotion in you has it not?

I have to agree with you. For several months, every time I open deviantart first page instead of art I see plenty of pictures of naked ass. Its like: painting, painting, photomanipulation, painting, naked ass, painting, naked ass,etc. You can see that people involved in pornography found new markets to sell their product, on deviantart this time. I have nothing against pornography, but there are other websites to do that. Showing naked ass, even a slim one, it is not art. Even when you whant to do some photomanipulation, I have no idea what photomanipulation can you do if only thing on the pic is one big ass?

I know right? Last time I got very upset, now I'm trying to start a movement to get it to stop. Check it out this photo I've posted, this is proof that this site is just... Going in the wrong direction.

Could you take it and post it to your page with the description? It'll help spread the message on what's going on, and DeviantArt will have no choice but to do something about it.

I will try to post it (don't know how yet...) but you can count me in on every anti-porn movement on deviantart. Like i wrote before, I have nothing against porn, but DA is not the place for it.
