Another cool one that i have been meaning to share with you all.Great commission Idea. I won't bore you with the things i would like to do better, but it is a fun little match-up
Its two faves so it was a very fun one to do considering some turbulent times recently...a good distraction.

These two characters are very deadly and very accurate.

You are so obviously impatient to draw details and muscles that you miss the most important, having a good composition, a good posture for character. The final result is tedious and full of clichΓ©s. Boring.

Ah, Tiwane, Thank you. My stuff is so tedious that you even took the time to even comment. To be fair, i do indeed sometimes , if you bothered to actually check it out, criticize my composition as sometimes my biggest weakness.
But whats boring are little trolls like you that have absolutely no clue what you talk about. First, if you're going to critique me, maybe you should work on actually leaving space in your...Ahem...."compositions" for things like word balloon space , for example, which it looks like you have no idea about. BTW, i have forgotten more about anatomy than you know. If you actually learned about and sketched shapes then maybe your anatomy studies wouldn't look like lumps of mashed potatoes.
Btw, theres more to than perspective than two point , which seems to be the limits of your " skill"

Nothing super specific. i had so many sources. Life, body building mags, wrestling vids, anatomy books....also Impact Books have some great photo reference books. Sketch as much as possible, learn why the shapes move the way they do. Don't just see a Quad or Bicep...learn why they move the way they do and how that looks. Im still always learning. hope that helps.

For being from different franchise, there's nothing jarring about seeing them together. I imagine that scene played out quite a few times between with kids playing with the figures

I'm gonna add that the detail work on the background is stellar. In about 12 key lines you put the unmistakably on top of the Thundertank. Incredible.

Awesome, Kevin! I never watched Thundercats, but I was a huge He-Man kid. That Trapjaw is badass. Love the face on him.

If you can get past the theme song, look up the cartoon intro on youtube, then marvel in the cool FX and stuff, then realize this animation was 1983.
Not saying you'll be a fan, but it just a marvel to look at.
