I bet it's much easier to walk in high-heeled footwear if your legs are almost entirely made of metal.

Even if artificial equivalents of nerve endings would be implemented, it won't be hard to make them tone the pain down to any extent.

Her automail has limitations in what she can feel. She can feel objects, pressure and temperatures to a certain extent. But there's no pain to be felt as after all it's only connected to nerves for maneuverability, so as the nerves don't physically exist in her automail she can't feel pain from when the pressure is applied to nerves.
To sum up, she can't feel that achey pain people get when wearing high heels for too long.

Me and my friend are pretty sure it's possible to create artificial nerves, considering the level of technologies in Sonic's world, but their inclusion would make the structure and programming more complicated.

My automail is inspired by Fullmetal alchemist
During the anime Ed's automail is destroyed and damaged numerous times and he feels nothing, if he could feel all the pain of losing his arm over and over again it would drive him insane. Saying that if Adriana had that pain over and over I'm pretty sure she would be in an even darker place than she is now.

Welp, it is indeed a good idea to not to make the mechanical limb's user feel pain through it if it continuously gets rekt.
The pain of wearing high heels is a bit of a different story though. In case with a fully-fledged artificial nerve system, I think it should be possible to let its "control center's" programming to negotiate the pain if it causes serious discomfort to its user. Or to just make areas around heels less sensitive/not sensitive to the pain.

I suppose but I like them the way they are, with no pain receptors.
Besides if I added that it would only take away from the humor of this picture. Nitro is used to flats so heels feel strange, not to mention her feet ache a lot faster because she's not used to them.
Honestly as a girl who chooses flats wearing heels I feel like I'm on stilts XD

but I like them the way they areI didn't say that you should totally change them, so I'm perfectly fine with that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I've listed alternatives solely because I didn't think that limiting sensitivity of all limbs just because of high heels wasn't really worth it, but that's purely my own opinion, which I do not want to enforce.
Besides if I added that it would only take away from the humor of this picture.Yep, that too.
Honestly as a girl who chooses flats wearing heels I feel like I'm on stilts XD Considering how your entire body rest on something that's quite high from the ground in this case, that does make sense. Just walking on toes would feel much more natural as the body's weight doesn't rest on something that's a couple of centimeters high from the ground.
I bet high heels also make walking a bit more awkward.
