Cosplay of Mushra from the anime 'Shinzo' ('Mushrambo' in Japan) Info about it is here: [link]Part of the Shinzo group at Armageddon Auckland 2008 - we won 'Best Group' in the cosplay contest.
Armor is made from PC Foam, a fabric casing (thanks to Gemma for helping out!) and then painting on top of that. Full Body Suit, boots made in two parts and the wig was hand-dyed from a blond one.
Sorry for the squinting - It was really bright that day and looking up was hard.

God, it's so dificult to find shinzo stuff that I stay shocked when I find one. xD
Lovely cosplay we have here.You made his armor looks great.
In my opinon, the only thing it's "wrong" is his hair. It's too much pink for me, I think fuchsia could be a better color.

His hair was hard to get right, most of all since the colour seemed to vary between promotional art, the actual anime and such. XD I based the colour off of promotional images in the end, which is why it probably doesn't match up with the anime itself. :3

As for group shots, I think they're wandering about DA somewhere. We had a Sago, Kutal, Yakumo and Celestial Mushra too. I just didn't use any because I didn't like how I photographed in any of them (being fussy, as I am :/)

Reminds me of the time when that 'cadrian' feller came out of the soup.
The US release was hilarious. Seriously. every episode after the first one was completely laughable.
Haven't seen the original. I was actually thinking about doing this myself, but I was worried people would thinlk i was an orange Cress from Tales of phantasia.

Oh man! This is probably the first one I've ever seen! He's one of my favorite characters ever and I haven't seen the show since it stopped airing on Jetix.... man. Those were good times. I loved/love that show and I knew EXACTLY who it was!
