when i was little i used to find bees that were on their last legs and put them on flowers because i thought the flower would help them survive, but my brother kept crushing them with rocks and killing them like my hopes and dreams

I do worry about bees getting my dogs. My youngest is forever a puppy and she's a silly girl. A bee came into the house once when she was small, only months old, and it was such a huge fat bee and she watched it like 'what the hell is that?' And I had to make my way over to her very slowly and carefully and pick her up before she went to make a go at catching it! She means no harm, bless her, but she's a curious girl! It wouldn't be fair on her or the bee if she were to try and play with it.

I hate it when people try to kill bees, because they pollinate our plants (including food crops) and without them spreading said pollen, I don't think we could survive.

Too right, our lives do depend on bees and other pollinators! People who squish them are so ignorant of that (as well as the fact bees don't sting unless you rile them)

I once was sat on the beach, playing in the sand, just feeling the texture of it because... I dunno.... But anyway somebody had thrown sand ontop of this bee and when I moved the sand I freed it. Got the shock of my life though, at first I thought it was a giant ant! I have a huge bug phobia, but I like bees.

No one should attempt to kill bees, they're incredibly important creatures and endangered. Anyone who gets stung by one probably deserves it!

I don't get why people want to kill these wee bumbles. I guess they forget that that bumbles are very important for plants and so on!
If I see one trapped in a room or wherever, I'd catch it and release it back out in the open!

Me too! Bumblebees are the least aggressive of the bee family, they never sting unless seriously provoked - people who thoughtlessly kill them obviously have very little appreciation of how important they are (and the fact they have just as much right to be alive as they do).

True, I have a few bumble video on my YouTube. People freak out when they see me near a bumble be, saying kill it, kill it. I tell them why I don't kill them and they aren't mindless stingers.
Obviously those who do that haven't been properly educated about nature.

Only time I ever swat at a bee: if it gets near my ear. Other wise, I just blow their way and they're like 'Ooooh! Human! Oh, sorry >///<' and they fly around me(:

Bee's are very cute, all fuzzy and buzzy. But I still don't like getting near them in fear of aggravating them for some unknown reason. Especially In summer when they come in your window and can't find their way out, I'm sure that annoys them greatly so I just pull back the curtain and try to lead it in the right direction. I've been stung by a bee once, When I was a child playing in my pool and the bee must of got stuck in my hair and stung my ear. It was like having my ears pierced all over again. But I could never hurt them on purpose. Even wasps who are like the cranky version of bee's that want to just sting for no reason until it gets bored.

I don't like bumbles because they're huge and creepy.
Honeybees on the other hand, are useful. They don't ONLY make honey, they polinate the flowers that produce the fruits and veggies we eat. So...

Bumblebees are also huge pollinators - even more so than honeybees, because they have a lot more receptors for the pollen to stick too. All kinds of bees are very important. c:

Bees are quite cute, interesting, furry things! I'm mainly afraid of wasps as I hear they're more likely to sting, and I get huge reactions to normal mosquito bites already, uah..

im TERRIBLY afraid of bugs DX they just scare me....
but bees are an exception
bees are sweet, adorable creatures that are usually calm by nature
they are also very loyal, protecting the queen bee from anything and risking death >.<
wasps, though.... my friend has been stung by a wasp and she cried very hard :<
they can sting you as many times as they want and are rather nasty by nature >:<
