It's supposed to look like Elsa is trying to protect Rapunzel from some danger ahead - I'm not too skilled at manips so I can see how it might not come across that way

No, I didn't mean your manip was terrible, I meant how the first thing that I thought of (before seeing the description) was that Rapunzel was going to try to knock out Elsa while she was terrorizing the guards (or whatever). It's the look on her face and the way she's positioned that made me see it like that.

I wish!!! If anything, this movie just made me want a Tangled/Frozen crossover movie - I mean, there's never been a movie featuring princesses in the same world before who interact with each other. I know it'll never happen, but... I guess manips will have to do
