Yong Soo: How many hits does it take to get to the center of the watermelon?The first and last time Yong Soo was ever allowed to cut the renowned summer fruit.
Kiku: That watermelon costed ¥12,000…OTL.
Note: I wonder if the anime would ever debut the rest of the nation casts...Oh well, enjoy!
For those who are unsure of the characters (starting from top left and going counterclockwise): Thailand, Vietnam, China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong. (I want either Thailand's or Hong Kong's fast reflexes...=_= ).
And for those who are curious: ¥12,000 = around $120 (No lie. I pulled that price off of google images).

Ah yes! I remember when I was 7 my dad took me to (South) Korea to see relatives, and since I grew up in America I panicked when I saw how high the prices LOOKED! It was like that until my dad explained how to count and calculate the money here. (I forgot whether they use yen in S. Korea, but it's calculated slightly differently from wherever you got that from. ¥50,000 = $50 is how I calculated money in S. Korea.)
