Video:www.youtube.com/watch?v=T27wfk…What started out as a random sketch of some random dragon like thing, turned into my character Joel, who hasn't been seen in quite a while.
Reason being, he never had a color scheme and I was trying to redesign him(like most of my characters seem to be going through) for quite some time.
Finally came up with one that I can be happy with^-^

hnn so lovely! i would pet it! i really love shading and mostly light effects! thus it would be better to use soft brush while coloring lineart, blends better Cx

You're right, you're absolutely right. Usually I try to use a different brush to blend the lines better but this time I didn't and it's irking me because I definitely see every little mistake. Unfortunately I get to the point when it comes to personal work I get too lazy to go and fix it after it's done and uploadedXD
will keep that in mind for the next one.

Joel has come along way in terms of his looks.
You know Every time i look at long dragons like this (chinese dragons? If not, i've forgot the name) I always think of Mushu from Mulan X3
I know this had to have taken along time and it was very worth the outcome. But when do you have pics that aren't? (and your opinion of them don't count so shushy face)

He has indeed, it seemed every time I drew him something new would have been added and/or changed. Guess that's what I get for not having a sure look for himxD
It didn't take as long as you would think, though it felt like it lol, it was a little over 7 hours.(Thanks for the fact that I recorded the process I know this, probably should time myself more often^^)
And I won't say anything else seeing as you have beat me to the punch lolXD
