You mean it looks exactly like fluttershy in that it is a yellow pegasus? And that, you know, mostly every feature is different except for that one? If you compare the fluttershy DP with this one, you'd notice that being yellow is really all that she has in common with Fluttershy's appearance.

Being the same shade of yellow, having a similar skull structure, having a similar color scheme, having a vaguely similar hair structure are the most prominent traits that both creatures share

Which is what you're trying to do to this person's OC. Okay, it's a yellow pegasus, so what? Don't compare it to a canon character. It's mean.

The mane is different style, the hair is different colors, the cutie mark is different, the eye shape is even different. All of these are components of what make up a pony, and the fact that these are all different is why I cannot agree that this pony looks like Fluttershy in any aspect but that it is a yellow pegasus.
You are Mary-Sue-ing this character by taking the simplest of aspects of it, the colour and the species, and using these traits to overwhelm everything else that does not make this character Fluttershy.

Its honest. All you have to do is remove the brown highlight, and change the cutiemark and boom, you have Fluttershy.
On another note, i would have had to of produced and/or altered the OC to Mary-Sue it. It simply resembles Fluttershy here, and whether or not it has a personally of a Mary-Sue, if a Mary-Sue is capable of having such a thing, is another matter all together, and is independent of this work.

The mane is marginally different, the hair is the same color, save for the brown highlight, the skull structure is identical. The only real difference between this depiction of Aria, and the depiction of Fluttershy by the individual(s) who work of Desktop Ponies, which is where the creator of the image got the base for this image, is the highlight, and the cutie mark. Nothing else.
As for the "Mary-Sueing", I think you mean Over-Magnify of specific traits. Admittedly both seem somewhat off, but ,in my opinion at least, the later statement seems marginally less awkward.
On a completely different note, i noticed that your font size seems abnormally small. How did you do such a thing?
