I made this after the danish comic. That ugly mess got to me on several levels.I am a muslim. I am (want to be) a comic artist. I am (or like to think I am) a humanitarian at some level.
I don't want to debate politics here, but I am an artist and I believe in free speech. I am a muslim and I found the danish cartoons to be offensive and racist as a black person would find a cartoon in 'black face' paint/make up, or an asian would find a cartoon with slanty eyes and buck teeth. it was racist, simple as that.
this is my jab at people who went too far. take as you will.

As a muslim I found that cartoon offensive as well but ranting and raving (like the woman in the braids in this comic) isn't going to solve anything either. I like your unique sense of humor on such a touchy subject.
