hmm... a good flier, walks on the "balls" on the feet, hand like front legs, and back legs that seem to make him able to somehow manage to walk/stand both bipedal and quadruped. no wing claws. smooth scales. medium length, thin tail. teeth made to grab/stab and maybe/probably even hold it's prey, making a nice weapon. horns/spikes starting at the middle of the eyes, goes down the neck, and probably back to. Well Done
