waaahhhh! this picture makes me both very very happy and very very wistful at the same time!
I will start with happy: The picture is so cute and I love how Kakashi's face is snuggled in Iruka's neck and how they're holding hands. This exudes a mood of peace and contentment.
On to the wistful: Well, it's so DAMN good that I wish I had someone to snuggle me just like Kakshi's snuggling Iruka. WAAAHH! ehehe *sheepish grin* The side effects of coming off a caffeine-high and feeling panicky about unfinished summer homework are making me prone to extreme, unpredictable emotions. Gomen. *eats some chocolate* Wistful. *stares into sky with dreamy look*
I think I forgot to say that I love the perspective of the picture too. I kind of feel like I'm spying on them. *conspiratorial look* kehehehe <.< >.>

Quite adorable. Only one crit- The calves, feet and ankles are a little femmy and not quite relaxed enough - they look like manaquin legs and feet. It's a combination of the rounded slenderness of the knees and ankles - men tend to have bony joints - and the angles and pointed toes. When you ink it, you might consider looking at some male legs and feet in relaxed positions as models to work from. Hope you don't mind the crit. It's a really great drawing with a lot of potential.

I changed the ankles and tryed to change the feets, but I forgot to change the knees O_o I'll change them today

You've clearly improved it. I still would encourage you do do as much drawing from life as you can. Hands and feet are difficult - draw your own if you don't have anyone else's to work from - but they are also very interesting and they say a lot about a character.

Wah! Iruka's mouth is open, and Kakashi's head is all nestled against Iruka's back. This is so freakin' cute.

I think that arm at the top is a little bit too curved though - the elbow should probably have come back a little so that the forearm didn't get squished/curved
