History:

Zeke was born in a puppy mill. In one of those unhealthy ones. Since both his parents were living there and were sick, Zeke was born with some 'defects' and was thus put in the basement cages, with other obviously sick dogs. For a few months, Zeke knew only small cages and darkness or dim light.

When he was 5 months old he was rescued and adopted by a kind man. That man raised him and teached him how to behave. He took good care of Zeke, and Zeke loved him a lot. One day, Zeke's master got an accident and he had injured another person badly too. Zeke's master had to pay a lot and regularly and got financial problems. He couldn't take care of Zeke, and so he decided to give him to a friend temporarily . So the friend accepted to keep him, but since he didn't like dogs and Zeke wasn't obeying, he abused Zeke. That's where Zeke got blind in his eye.

Finally after a few months, when the friend had enough of all this, he didn't really care about what Zeke's master would think, he beated Zeke up really badly and drove far away . He ended up leaving Zeke for dead on a road near Pawsville. Zeke stayed there and slowly recovered. But feeling betrayed by the human race, he did everything he could to not be taken by the pound. And that's how he ended up being a stray in Pawsville.
