Oh hey! I'm so happy you replied! I unfortunately don't have enough points for this Bab and I feel you there. Paypal has been pretty tough to work with for me as well :/ if he's still around when I manage to grab some points though, or when you get Paypal working, I'd love to buy him then!
(Aaa I feel so bad, I hope it doesn't seem like im suddenly backing out, I wasn't expecting to use points instead of money ;~; please forgive me)
