Meeeeh, this didn't turn out like I originally pictured it at ALL, but I messed with it for so long I just finally said it wasn't getting any better so it may as well be posted. -.9; Just a lil' something glowy with Zim. Ya'll can make up your own stories for what's going on. What/whoever's on that screen, he's annoyed with it/them. Well, when is Zim not annoyed?Invader Zim (c) JCV

Huh. o.o Hadn't thought of that, but I know what panel you mean and I guess it's somewhat similar. Not very, though. =B In the comic panel 'Nny's got his head tilted more sideways and he's not making steepled fingers, he has one hand rested on top of the other. 6.6 *gets out TPB to look* Hmm...yes. Also the panel ends above the elbows. XD But yeah, lotsa people make similar broody looks, I suppose.

Zim looks very... Adult here. o.o I mean I know he is, but most of the time I picture him being cute or somethin', but this is like.. mature and grown-up thinky! =o And the blue glowy... The blue glowy rocks. X]

It's the fingers. XD He's doing a steeplefingers and it's making him look businesslike. When I was done drawing the lineart I said, out loud, 'Well played, sir.' =B That's the kind of face he's making. And I guess it IS kind of unusual. XD;;

I thought of that too, when I was racking my brain for a title. XD I was like 'Well it's a blue screen. ...a blue screen? Like THAT kind of blue screen?' Zim COULD hack someone's computer and make it do that, if he wanted to. =T He could completely destroy it, probably. And he'd laugh.

This time I just made a new layer and used the airbrush thingy for the blue. o.@ Simple yet effective.

Background took a while, as backgrounds usually do. XD; That was mostly because I was mucking about trying different things. The actual foreground drawing and coloring didn't take too long. 9.9; That's typically the case with me.
