1. Same here, only a couple days now until the new season kicks off!
2. My hand healed pretty quickly, it was my right foot that took the most damage.
Scalding hot water took the skin right off of the top of my foot and me limping around for about the entire month of February. It's healed pretty well now but I can still feel it from time to time.

I don't have broadcast television so I'll have to wait for its release on DVD...
I'm sorry about the foot! I worked in a clinic that had plastic surgeons that dealt with burn patients. I've seen all manner of burn and it's never pretty nor comfortable for the patient.
