Carnage has only really interfaced with Megatron, she did it once with Starscream but she was drunk....and lonely, that was during the 3 years while Megs was in space so you can't really blame her. Everyone else just doesn't seem to like her that much due to the fact that they believe she's "bum chuming" the Master too much and she can get away with alot more than they can.
