    Suibo has a bit of a flawed, unhinged personality. As cocky as they come, he enjoys taunting others and riling them up. He seems to take a fair amount of pleasure from other's suffering, and will occasionally go out of his way to make it happen. In that mindset, he is extremely ambitious and self-focused, so if he wants something, he's sure to pursue it until he either gets it or loses interest. The latter tends to happen more often than not, as Suibo is an impatient man, and if his efforts don't reward him quickly, he's likely to move on to something else. That doesn't mean he's given up for good however, and he is likely to resume pursuit of past interests when it suits his fancy.

  History:
Suibo was born Hikinami Ayato during an especially thick and dangerous bout of fog. As such, he inherited the clan's kekkei genkai in moderate strength. The only child, Ayato's parents spoiled him rotten, quite literally. He had a bit of difficulty making friends or even interacting with other kids thanks to this, and Kirigakure's bloody pursuit of those with kekkei genkai didn't help. Ayato spent his childhood days smashing moths and tormenting fish and other beach-swelling critters. As he matured Ayato grew out of this habit, but he seems to have targeted people instead...
    Ayato spent his teen years training hard and flaunting his power, so he could at least get people to pay attention to him due to his talent. While not exactly liked among his peers, he does demand a certain respect, and many learned not to cross him.
    He powered through the shinobi ranks when the Hikinami joined Kirigakure, earning the title of jōnin at age 19. As per clan custom, he chose a second name for himself, Suibo, meaning jellyfish. Many family members were a bit taken aback, having assumed he would choose a shark related name, given his blood-thirsty tendencies. When asked why he chose the name, he simply replies, "Jellyfish are both deadly and cute."
    Currently he spends his days taking missions and lounging around the clan compound. He lives on his own, and is sure to interact with his clanmates, even if he doesn't initiate said interaction. While he does respect the current leader, Suibo views Aosagi as a sort of one-sided rival. He certainly doesn't plan on taking any drastic measures like overthrowing him, but he definitely intends to make a solid stab at his position after he dies.

  Battle Style:
    Suibo's weapon of choice is his trusty fishing hooks. He carries a pouch made of sturdy material full of just fishing hooks on his person. He can quickly attach the hooks to the long wire hooked on his waist, creating a makeshift fishing wire with which to "catch" his opponents. When feeling particularly aggressive, Suibo is known to swap out a normal fishing hook with one made of mercury, fashioned from his kekkei genkai, used to poison the victim when it hooks them. While he's already exceptionally quick with his hooking techniques, he's capable of using wind ninjutsu to speed things up, or simply to slice opponents.
