im kinda proud of this drawing, i still draw men too girly but i dont really mind it.

Well... Here I go
First, let's talk abut what I/Anothr person will see immidiately = The hair
It is good that you give it a bit of volume and don't make it too stiff, but it has a tad too much 
The arms seems to be too thin, try to give them something more. You don't have to make them muscular and give them muscels, but they are better than some of your earlier drawings
He seems to be facing (our) right, while the shirt faces (our) left. Make sure that if the person is facing one way, that the rest is doing so too, unless it is intentionally
Well, the last I can say is, maybe try and shade a bit? It will bring a bit life into your drawing and change a lot
