This is Kikyo Mibu my oc in the Naruto series, she has been used for several fanfiction stories.

IQ: An above average intelligence like Itachi and Kakashi.
Konoha Rank: ANBU Captain and Clan Prodigy
Now Rank: Rogue Ninja and Akatsuki Spy
Family: Father and Mother; decreased and only child
Body: Tall and slight muscular
Hair: Dark brown with slight wavy
Eyes: Brown but during the use of her bloodline their red with a black cat eye look.
Charka Type: Fire and Water which she is able to make smoke and ice type jutsus.
Attitude: Nice, smart, caring, quiet, and a little arrogant and rude when she needs too.
Favorite Colors: Red and black
Hobbies: Studying and reading jutsus and her Clan history, baths in the local Hot Springs, going to Cafes to relax and have some tea and dango, practicing with her swords, playing with the flute, and relaxing with her clans summons during the time off and sight seeing.
Abilities: Mibu bloodline;Taijutsu and Medjutsu. Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu are the most powerful moves of hers.

...Here's a little history about her...
She was from the Hidden Village of the Wind years ago. But her family decided to move to Konoha for political reasons when she was 5 years old. But during that trip something went wrong when a group of Sound ninjas attacked them knowing that they were after their bloodline so her parents sent her away with one of their summons away from the fight. For several hours they finally arrived to Konoha tried and alerted the guards of what happened near the border. At this she was taken to the hospital and was guarded by Tsunade and ANBU.

After a few days they found out that her parents didn't survive in the attack. After Kikyo's loss The Third Hokage made sure she was taken good care for the Sand Village as a treaty. An was able keep all the Mibu riches to live.

Kikyo Mibu is the heiress of the Mibu clan and their prodigy. After a few months she meet Itachi in Ninja Academy and meet Shisui during a mission and became friends.

She has a crush on Itachi but she knew it be gone in a few years but she doesn't know she was in love with him until the Uchiha massacre happen. Besides the The Third Hokage, Elders, and Danzo. She knew about the truth behind it and Shisui's death so Itachi asked her to protect Sasuke for him and she did.

After years have gone by...
Kikyo left the village after she find out that Sasuke left to the Sound. But before that Itachi came to the village after the attack from the Sound and Sand. During that she met Itachi alone and told him everything that happen in the village and Sasuke. She tried of hiding her feelings for Itachi but she couldn't tell him unless she had to leave the village so she couldn't cause a uproar there. So she had no reason to stay after Sasuke left...

Mibu Clan Akagan ("Red Eyes"):
Mibu undergo a mutation at birth which causes the Aether Core increase the amount of Yin chakra flowing and expended in the body. This causes the Mibu to naturally expend large amounts of physical energy derived from the cells. In order to compensate, the body begins to develop and grow additional muscle fibers, and bone marrow to counter-act the loss, lest the body be destroyed. Until they reach the age of puberty a Mibu will have terrible control over their chakra, however due to their physiological enhancements, they often possess superhuman acrobatic and athletic skill as compared to others, but few some reason Kikyo was able to control her chakra.

After puberty is reached the members Aether Core stabilizes, reducing chakra flow to normal levels. At this point the Mibu will undergo training to learn to activate the Aether Core once more, however the increase in chakra flow is ten times that as normal, augmenting their physical capabilities to untold levels.

This has made them some of the most formidable warriors of the Mibu Clan, its leaders possessing Bijuu levels of chakra. This state is often compared to the Sage Mode, that some shinobi have been able to achieve, albeit in a naturally occurring state.
