Description You get that man-cub Khanny.

A really quick painting I did for stress relief. Stress relief paintings usually have horses tigers or bunnies in them.

That looks rad! What materials did you use to make it?

Well miss pocketed owl, i'm pleased you like it.

I used embarrassingly few things to make it.
It was just a pencil sketch I cleaned and traced in flash then took into photoshop and painted using brushes I had made from scanned brushstrokes I made on different surfaces. (plain paper canvas)

So its all digital but the digital brushes were based on watercolor and acrylic textures.

Someday I should make a tutorial of the technique. Its easy to duplicate.

Oh ok! How do you make your own brushes in Photosop? I'd really like to try it but I don't know a lot about Photoshop

Thank you,
~Becky

PS: I'll start on your Totoro pretty soon, I'm just behind on a bunch of stuff right now. Did you want it to be just totoro, or would you like the cat bus to be there as well?
