easy thing ^^
i used a pvc pipe as a base, then the sign itself was made in wood (this kind www.machot-bois.com/static/doc… ), then screwed to the pipe.
I wanted to make it look like concrete was still attached to the base so i used expanding foam to make it (it sticks to the pipe by itself).
Then i primed and painted and tadaam here you go !
