100% photoshop and painter. used painter for rough color scheme and preliminary sketch.
edit2: touched up few areas and adjusted the colors a bit.

From first glance at the thumbnail I thought "Surely this is a photomanip"....but now I've seen all! Your craze painting skills are like mad!!! I'm so envious. Hehe, some of the details really popped out at me, and I've never experience that with any other painting before. It seems you used a bunch of texture brushes to achieve that realistic look. Geez, I just wanted to apologize ahead of time for faving almost your entire gallery

Seriously, thats quite fantastic. I can imagine this was alot of work. I especially love the reflection, because it is so full of emotion and it really jumps out of the picture, if you know what I mean. I also love the colours because they add a lot of feel. Great work!

custom texture brush. you can do it with default round but its much to faster with texture brushes

Great concept, by the way, is the glass broken by the eye? I was a little creeped out because there's some sort of vague representation of an eye passed the mirror, which is a bit disturbing lol. Terrific job man.

yea the cracks were added at the very last minute to show the distorted perception of the girl. while in the process i didn't want to remove the detail around the eye area entirely so i left a hint of it intact. and yea, it is disturbing which is the reason why i kept it. very perceptive of you to notice
