This is one of my favorites from your gallery. I'm really intrigued as to what you use for the lights- you seem to use it often, but to great effect each time. Makes me want to start shooting again, haha.

thank you,
and yeah, digital isn't the best for long exposures, some cameras get a lot of noise, but you're sure its not because you're ISO is too high?
If not your camera might have a some noise reduction, or you can try a program like Noise Ninja, or just photoshop.

or just shoot film

then i have to try this with my analogical camera. i am just afraid that i will destroy the whole film with just bad images... but maybe i just have to do it
the iso isn't to high. i've looked at the files again. but this noise ninja i will look for that.

thanks

What ISO sensitivity are you using?
The lower the ISO, the less grainy you'll get.

it depends on the time i am using and how much light is there. but also with 100 ISO it's mostyl grainy. or is that then that way because i have some images where i had to use 30 seconds ?

Grains become more apparent whenver you leave the film exposed to light for too long. Either you need to shot those at night or use a lower ISO sensitivity.

hm i havn't used film so far for such lon exposure images. but i'll try this soon. maybe it's also a matter with the grain with the digital camera. it's a good one. but maybe not good enough thanks for your time!
