This was a significant battle, Ultron had taken over a city and found out the effect of their weapons, their immediate response was to pretend to have been sloppy with their movement and lured a battalion of Cam's into a firing range of Ultron Drones, this is the front lines of the battle, it may look like only a few Ultrons but the 2 Cam's shown jumped past the main crowd and got a front row seat to their new toys.
