For those who pay attention to pokemon news, it has been revealed that Zygarde has 4 forms, and that in the anime Frogadier will evolve all the way to Greninja, but ash's greninja is a lot different than any greninja ever seen, it seems to have some black and red growths around its face. Or it could be a mask, which I am hoping. I really do not want it to be a mega greninja or I'll be really mad.So Hawlucha is poking fun of Frogadier's future look, with Frogadier being really unimpressed with his jokes.
I will say that right now, I am not as impressed with the recent pokemon news, the only upside is that there is the possibility of Ash's sceptile returnning and mega evolving. but that's about it.

I just hope his first mega isn't a Pokemon he just caught... I'd rather bring back a classic that has the required trainer bond than use a new one, even if it is a completely new one like Mega Hawlucha.
