Elena from Street Fighter. I saw a good toy/model of this and I've been wanting to do another Elena piece, so here it is. I tried to keep it simple and focus on the lighting to give that tropical feel and add the reflection of the water to add some more color. Done on my iPad in Procreate, as usual.
