BIO: He eventually attacked the Sailor Scouts while Zoycite attacked Tuxedo Mask. He trapped the Sailor Scouts in a dark energy forcefield. However, Sailor Venus appeared and attacked Malachite with Venus Crescent Beam Smash, breaking the forcefield.

Malachite appeared as part of Zoycite's doublecross when she challenged Tuxedo Mask to a duel over the seven rainbow crystals; he took all the crystals. After Zoycite was defeated by Princess Serena, Malachite appeared, took Tuxedo Mask, and vanished with Zoycite. Zoycite was killed for disobeying Queen Beryl's orders. Malachite attacked the Sailor Scouts, but Sailor Moon stopped him with Cosmic Moon Power.

From here, Malachite's task was to find Sailor Moon and take the Imperium Silver Crystal from her, as she got the crystal when the rainbow crystals became one. He turned people into monsters, such as Mitsuaami, Polite Society, Blizzard, Misha, Janelle, and Ninjana, while getting into arguments with Prince Darien, whom Beryl and the Negaforce had turned evil.

Malachite fought the Sailor Scouts in a cave where they were transported to the past by Queen Serenity to see the story of the Moon Kingdom. During this time, Malachite attacked Luna and Artemis. Getting even more powerful every time they see him, Malachite used energy blades to attack the Sailor Scouts when they returned. However, Sailor Moon used Cosmic Moon Power on him. He threw an energy blade at her, but she reflected it back at him with the crescent moon wand. He tried to block with his cape, but it hit him directly. Before dying, he said that he would be coming to join Zoycite soon, then dissolved into nothingness. Many Years Later Malachite was revived and along with Beryl and the other three Nega soliders would return as allies to Bagan Malachite would be the Pilot for Cameron Winter's Lizard Slayer 12.
