Hey there, This is Reesieroo coming from ProjectComment Β and I am here to critique this work, so lets dive in! (btw I apologize if my critique is too harsh)
I love this icon! I love the color scheme and the style as well, all though, there are some things that you should improve on.
Vision: I love the anime and cartoony style of this piece. It reminds me of Rebeltaxi's. I also love his sarcastic expression that shows his "I dont care" personality. The color scheme is nice too. I love the combination of cool colors. The only thing I would change is probably making the text white instead of mint green so that it could pop out more.
Origionality: I have seen this art style be done before, Im not saying you should change it, because I love it. I have seen an anthro sticking his tongue out before in a smug personality as well, but thats okay. Its still amazing.
Technique. The cell shading is amazing on this piece. You captured the location of the light source perfectly. Although, im not really sure how I feel about the shaky pen tool. I suggest using a smooth tool so that it looks less messy. The same thing goes for the blue outline around him. For the dots on his ears, I suggest keeping it to 100 precent opacity instead of the lower so that it makes it look less messy. I love the smooth line art to this piece though. It looks great!
Impact: This piece gives me the feeling that this character is laid back and kind of the "Idgaf" kind of guy. I apologize if I get his personality wrong.
Overall, This piece is great with the cartoony style, but with the tips I gave you, it will be better. I give this piece a 7.5/10

I used the rough pen as a test to see what it may look like, and now I know what somebody else thinks about it, along with the spots on the ears. All of your tips will help out, so once again-thank you!
