He's hard to draw because of the chains but I love him(How feet are coated with chunks of ice, they're too difficult to draw so he's sorta incased lol
SOME INFO ABOUT THIS COLD ASS MOTHAFUCKA:
- The temperature of his blood is comparable to the water of the arctic ocean
- spreads frost if he walks barefoot
- Will fucking congeal you if you make any Frozen jokes (ie do you wanna build a snowman)
- Is a Permafrost I've elemental (the third type, the most powerful yet also vulnerable) if there were more permafrost elementals that he knew of they could probably start a second ice age
- Was chained up because he tried to start a rebellion and most claimed he was too powerful to be released
all he did after escaping was accidentally turn part of the nature domain into a boreal wood and give an Earth elemental someone to talk to for one day

start with blue (that's almost white) shade with different shades of grey-blue (go from lightest to darkest, and start by surrounding the bases of the ice spikes or any ice formations. I would suggest a blue that's slightly more green for the lightest shade)
to add more definition, grab yo self a darker grey blue and shade in color burn
