Looking at this picture kind of makes me feel excited idk. Like following him/her will lead to a whole different world, to a new beginning.
The picture really is so beautiful thought. The way the tail swishes around and really gets closer to the watcher is so awesome.

I selected the part of the tail (If I remember correctly, the closer parts of the tail were on a separate layer) and then just picked Filter > Blur > Gaussian blur. :]

I really like your painterly style and use of color, especially the pink flower speckles on the ground
the only thing that irks me a bit is the placement of the right foreleg, it seems a bit stiff and awkward. I think this can be fixed by lowering the elbow a bit
