What kind of other stuff is involved?

Lots of fun stuff! Depending on your taste. First, a comment that everyone should do what they like and you should never feel pressured to do anything you're not interested in.
That said! Here we go.
1. Eating non-food items, such as a small silver spoon. Oof! Discomfort! Passing all the way through? Cramps as it bounces off every corner of the eater's soft tunnels! Getting stuck or "lodged"? Requiring a special belly rub or emetic to get out! Very fun!
2. Eating a small live animal such as a mouse or garter snake! Oough! What an uncomfortable, wiggling feeling! What's it doing in there? Can it be digested? Who knows!
3. Special food combinations! Eating too much macaroni and cheese = Compaction--belly solid like a rock, digestion slowed to a crawl, far too dense! Spoiled mayonnaise? Severe bubbling and belching! Too much beer or water--lots of sloshing and urgent feelings, rushing off every 5 minutes!
4. A mystery! What is causing the ache? What did I eat last night in my drunken stupor? Who knows! Maybe a humiliating x-ray is necessary! Maybe my friends have to force me to try various silly remedies to fix it like jumping up and down, drinking too much water, going swimming, etc.
5. Everything that happens in a bathroom! I'll be hated for mentioning this, but it's perfectly natural and people are so so shy, leading to much intimacy and trust building potential. And still, never necessary.
6. Every combination of the above things! For instance, perhaps you accidentally swallowed a golf ball and you have a little creature that might help get it out, but something goes wrong and that gets stuck too! Then your friends tell you you have to eat lots of carrots to get it moving and...Phew. I need to relax.
Again, I'll say it again, everyone should do what they like and you should never feel pressured to do anything you're not interested in.

I havenβt been paying enough attention to this comic, tbh. The pacing, story, and art quality are fucking excellent. Very nice job. It feels like blasphemy, but thus far itβs 100x better than BWS, IMHO.

Actually, if I had to distill what I like, Iβd say itβs the characters. Sydney feels like a real person. Sheβs not super tropy and generic. It seems like youβve based a lot of this on real world experience so to speak.
