Doing a little practicing using the head method taught in Andrew Loomis's - "Drawing the Head and Hands" if you ever get a chance check it's very helpful.Practice Method-
-Draw face from imagination
-Draw using the 3 steps
-Repeat the steps 5x times
-Draw from imagination again - *See some what of an improvement.

Yay, Loomis! Eyes are a bit high/nose is a bit low for realistic proportions -- probably from the anime influence. Check out this tutorial (helped me anyway), and keep in mind that the distance between eyebrow and (normal) hairline is the same as the distance between eyebrow and bottom of nose.
