Oooh... whichever THAT world is would be fucked. Lucy's reflexes, explosion-causing power and sheer island-destroying AP combined with the Carnage symbiote that made Cletus Kasady - a regular human being - strong enough to lift +300 tons, blitz Spider-Man's lightning-timing speed, shapeshift any damn weapon he wants and regenerate from being blown to pieces? Uh, can we get Sentry back here, please? I'm not exaggerating when I say only a planet-buster with relativistic speeds (with their own broken healing) could stop that demon.

Just to recap:
Lucy's AP (raw destructive power), reaction speed, explosions,vectors, cellular stitching and determination
+
Carnage's weapon shapeshifting, combat speed, physical strength, range/attack reach, regeneration, creative tactics and stamina.

*No more entropy* (symbiote's stamina counters vector overuse and melting state), *immunity to heat* (symbiote merges with vectors which cause explosions comparable to nuclear fusion), *vastly extended vector range* (again, symbiote boosts host's physique to abnormal degree), *melee range options and versatility* (i.e. vectors with axes and mallets on the ends and/or shoot symbiote bullets rather than hands, Lucy can now form her physical body into weapons & fly for real with wings), *broken healing factor* (even if something bypasses vectors, healing brain and bones are no biggie), *vectors can't be disabled* (destroying horns or hitting pineal gland can be healed instantly), *vastly improved combat & reaction speed* (both were already +MHS alone, after bonding together they could potentially hit relativistic speeds), *ridiculous physical strength* (Lucy can lift +300 tons with her physical arms, vectors' strength would be OP plz nerf), *boosted vector amount* (symbiote could spawn more tendrils from extended vectors or even allow Lucy to spawn more than 28), *cellular-scale precision* (both the symbiote and vectors already have feats of operating on an atomic level) & *360-degree perception* (symbiote sees in all directions, no way to sneak up w/o invisibility).

Aaaand suddenly Alex Mercer, Kars and Meruem have another competitor for who's at the top of the food chain... and are already losing. X_X
