okkk here's a newer one, but still a few months old because I sort of forgot about its existence in a drawer for a while. haha ^^
anyways, too complicated of a story is behind him, and I've recited and rewritten it so many times that I'm not sure he has ever
been displayed, or even mentioned/introduced here yet.

At a young age, Zepher was diagnosed with a fatal and very rare degenerative disease. It starts at one point of the body, and spreads continuously, no matter what you do. What happens is first the blood vessels are rotted, and then muscle begins to break down. On the surface it looks like a really bad rash, that often is dark red and has puss blisters. It is extremely painful, and like i said before, incurable. Zepher's infection began in his feet from playing out in stagnant water when he was around 8 years old. Immediately the doctors did everything to stop it, until they figured out what it was, and decided to amputate. Even though the infected flesh was removed, the virus infects the very DNA of your blood and bone marrow cells. Soon the infection ran inch by inch up his legs, each time the doctors raced the clock. Going through this pain was torture to him, and being stuck in a wheelchair and constantly being interrogated by doctors worsened Zepher's outlook on life. He fell into depression and realized at a young age he didn't have very much time left. His dad was in the medical field, and was his home nurse figure on top of being a father, helping him stay comfortable. ((the following is not in the pic because its new)) His father saw his depression, and got Zepher a tattoo on his left side, trailing on a rib with a birthmark. It said in their native tongue, "Fighter." Every time Zepher would get upset, his father would touch the tattoo, and say "Remember what you are."
The media in his town was fascinated and empathetic towards the boy going through so much pain, and the parents going through so much to take care of him. Funds began until the community bought Zepher prosthetic legs. He was instantly motivated, and thought that there would be a better chance of having a good life with his condition, even though his life would always be tragically shortened. After a while, he wanted to take walks without his parents, because it made him feel strong and independent. They agreed as long as he stay near their home. One day he was outside in his neighbor's yard. The neighbor never seemed to be home, so he played with the branches and roughage. A man Zepher never seen before, nor saw him coming toward him, slashed Zepher across the head with a wood-cutting ax. Immediately the media shot up every detail, every witness, everything. Zepher was rushed to the hospital, and the attacker was constrained for questioning. The media caught every update on Zepher, who slipped deeper and deeper into a terminal coma. The attacker finally admitted that according to his religion, the disease was some sort of embodiment of evil, and that it would spread to others that interact with Zepher. He was trying to protect him and his people.
His father was able to make core drivers using his extensive knowledge of the body. Using machinery, he replaced his son's vital parts of his brain that was destroyed by the attack. Also an eye and ear sensors were added. After he had everything that had to be there, he worked on making the machinery look like a normal face, having faith that his son would wake from the coma and still pursue a good future.
The fact that the father was able to make such a functional false face and frontal lobe of a brain, brought him funding from multiple companies and cities. Soon he had enough money and rare materials to rebuild his son's entire body. They never knew they would actually have to do it.

AAAANNND now the rest of his story you will just have to not know because I don't wish to spoil important things :3 we'll save more for later.
