You could always animate the heart another way if you have a gif program or a tool in any art program to animate it.

Are you opening it in Paint? That's possibly why. Any gif format you open with a transparent bg does that unless viewing it in another program that doesn't do that.

Save this file as a .gif wherever you'll be able to find it again.

Import this animation into the frame extractor that'll come up, and you can save the individual frames.
