I haven't really tried fanart yet. Not that I have any vested interest in Street Fighter, but I know at least a couple buds who'll like this one. I was shown Ryu's alternate Street Fighter IV outfit (the "douche" outfit, as it was called) and decided to give it a shot. Akuma...well, just wore something flattering, I guess.I probably won't be doing anime characters very often because they really do not fit my facial style well....
And I decided to be masochistic and tried to see how a mirror effect would work (well, how else does one get around the problem of some poses being bad angles for the face?) The hardest parts were positioning the mirror image, aaaand remembering shading was the opposite direction in the mirror @_@

Yeah man Ryu's a big guy so its funny when he aint in charge. That's my favorite costume from the game u drew him in too so yeah kudos big dog.

That outfit makes Ryu look like a complete douche, he had it coming.
This particular piece makes me respect the hell out of you.
One, it's of the most original uses for gym equipment in bondage I've ever seen, maybe the absolute best.
Two, you actually dared to use a morrior. Most artists would just go ahead and leave him facing the other way, turn it around so we couldn't see the feet or put a circle in a corner with the detail.
Not you, good sir, you do it for the art!

And I ppl wanted a footshot...there was really no way to show his face with the pose as it is, so that's why I tried it. Was at least great practice since I was still learning a lot of things at this time.

Akuma certainly seems to be having fun, so your statemnt doesn't contradict mine.
Took a bit but it was worth it! I notice most people don't plan their angles and poses beforehand.

Tied to a punching bag is a rather interesting method of restraint and I really like the way the mirror effect turned out. They had some good alternate costumes in Street Fighter IV so it's nice seeing Ryu in this attire. With Akuma being the tickler though I really don't see him surviving this ordeal though.

Ahaha I called it the 50 Cent Ryu alt. WHY capcom? They said it's Ryu when he goes to the gym and the pendant around his neck is his gym locker key...? Ryu lifts boulders not just weights. haha "douche" outfit / bro outfit does work too

Daaaang. That's evil. I also like to think that Akkuma had his minions help get Ryu secured, and they had NO idea what was going on. Dual backscratchers? Dang. That's...well Ryu certainly is not going to need to do any situps this evening I would imagine. Although his kicking drills might also be limited after THAT workout.
