Description
The last of my repaints. I never got great pictures of my nixie or dryad dolls because of my horrendous pre-christmas time-crunch. Which is a shame cause they were pretty dang cool! The last one I finished was my djinn here. Interestingly she was the one I was the least stoked to work on and ended up being my favorite! I really pushed myself in tackling a more complex design and ended up getting something pretty cool out of it! Her wings are also my favorite of the bunch even though they were the only ones not solidly based on actual insects or animals. (for instance the sylph's are based on glass wing butterflies, the dryad's a wood beetle, and the nixie a betta fish). This one was more about incorporating fire into a wing shape. Since there aren't any natural winged creatures associated with fire, my imagination was my only fuel for burning!
