I drew this for my grammy as a Christmas present, since she is a fan of Olaf and Baymax from Disney's, "Frozen" and "Big Hero 6". I enjoed drawing these two even though I've drawn Olaf for her before. I didn't know what to do for the background, so I left it as is. I'm starting to make a habit of this, come to think of it. I did it with my piece, "Keida", I did it here, and I'm doing it for another piece I'm working on right now that took me several days to even finish the lineart and color.

I've been doing alright. I babysat my brothers and my cousin's daughter yesterday and this morning. Exhausting, but rather fun work. Thanks for asking! How about you?

Cool! It sounds exhausting, but I'm glad you had fun! I've been alright. Winter break has turned me into a bit of a couch potato as this is the first real break I've had since summer, and since I go back to school on Monday I have homework I need to finish. So for the past several hours I've been working on my persuasive paper about why we should have homework (the irony of the assignment has not been lost on me.) And I just spent the broad-side of four or five days working on my MLP OC, Feather Duster (oh man, Season 5 can't come soon enough!)

Yeah, same here. I've had that couch potato feeling for about most of this break as well. Homework during winter break? Gosh! Well I hope you get it all finished in time (yeah, I can totally see the irony of it). Honestly, I'm not even a full-on Brony yet, but I have seen lots of the fanmade videos and reviewer videos of mlp(I've only seen the first two episodes of the actual series and the Equestria Girls movie). Like you said in your journal, it's become so intriguing for me that I've actually come up with a few of my own mlp OCs that I'm rather excited to work on.

Yep, but I only have homework because our family left a week early to go on vacation. Honestly, I've just been staring at my math homework, hoping it will either complete itself or burst into flames. I've really been pushing it off. Yeah, and actually I became interested in the show after seeing fan-made content. So I gave it a chance and was hooked after watching season one. (By the by, as the series goes on, I think you'll really like Princess Luna. How do you like the show so far? And what kind of pony is your OC (Earth pony, unicorn, or Pegasus)? Mine's a Pegasus.

Ah. That makes sense. Yeah, I never really liked math myself. I'll have to check the series out when I can starting today. Oh, my main OC is an Earth Pony named Fiddle-Dee-Dee (I remembered that word from somewhere long ago, and I heard someone say it recently). She has a friend named Willowy Wisps, a young Pegasus filly. Despite them bearing the appearance of average Equestrian residents, the pair share a rather dark secret (which I hope to share with you via Note along with other info I have about them and the others I made up so far).

Especially when it comes in such large quantities. Seriously, I don't understand why our teacher assigns so much if she doesn't like grading it (which she's admitted to us.) Ooo! Cool! They sound like great characters. Oh, I found out Fiddle-Dee-Dee means, "used to express irritation, dismissive indifference, or scorn." I'm guessing the name's meaning has something to do with hers and Willoy Wisps' dark secret. I'm excited to hear more about these characters! I'm going to try and post my own OC soon with a picture, backstory, personality, etc. Hopefully along with my OCs Gears the Gryphon and Aduro the Dragon.
