Emirii can control if her jolteon fur sticks out. She can control if she wants too glow or not. Anyway, I got bored tonight (its late) and I wanted too photoshop a scene. I did the BG by mouse and Emirii with ink pen and scanner. Well I hope you likes it

I'm not really into Pokemon, but its really cute. ^W^ I'm not sure if that's a fancharacter or a official one though. XDDD It's really really adorable. I love the white marks on the water, the sky.. everything just looks really beautiful.
