1. Some1 pulls down too hard. 2.Some1 not paying attention could stab her if they missed putting the sword away.

Don't know the character well but the impression I get is that she just sort of spins around with it on her head. The length of the blade would snag her feet either because its too long. Looks like its not meant to be pulled out and sort of locked in place.
