A wonderful capture of a beautiful bird. Great clarity and focus! Did you do any additional editing to this shot? I'm noticing the sort of brown vignetting and I think it really complements the bird's colors.

The only editing was to crop slightly, and clarify. The days have been very dull and ideally I need light to bring out the details I want in my pictures. The dullness of the days has been disappointing for me in regards to shooting the shots I would like of the birds. The brown is due to the dullness of day, and the fact that I was using my 300mm lens.
So..thank you again for your comment...I always find them encouraging and helpful.
