I wanted to draw something with obnoxious complimentary colors all over the place. Um, the city that I keep illustrating...is not supposed to be colorful, lol. This is just retardedly full of color because I felt like it.
The girl is Jett and the boy is Mason, they're both sixteen and are bffs lol since childhood until he's like "LOL LET'S GO OUT" and then she dates him for like ten seconds before realizing that he's too much of a loser to be more than friends with. And then she dumps him and he cries. Lol. And then she dies and he cries more HURR. Uhm, I'm assuming that this picture was from the ten seconds (read: week or two) that they were dating or whatever, and the background is the "edge" part of their city, that yellow thing in the background is supposed to be some sort of structure. I have that whole friggin' city planned out on several pieces of paper in an old notebook with retarded glossy paper, it's stupidly complicated and I have to revisit it.
I'm not making any sense, am I?

WELL. Technical stuff. I drew this ALL in Easy Paint Tool Sai over the course of three days, though I didn't really get focused on working on it until yesterday, where I inked about half of it and then did all the coloring. For once, there are no special brushes or textures or anything, I'm so proud of myself :'D I told myself last night, "I'M GOING TO FINISH THIS PICTURE TONIGHT", and I thought I'd end up pulling an all-nighter or something, but in the end I finished it by midnight :'D Yaaaay.
I also spent a lot of time over the past few days on a really detailed pen drawing of some gothic lolita girls, but I don't know when I'll be able to scan it since my brother is sick and the scanner is in his room :\ Fffff.
