How do you change the color of the line art? I LOVE THIS, it makes me want to try harder

I put the lineart on preserve opacity, then colored it with the new color ^__^.

you have to make sure that the white around the lineart is transparent (if you make a layer below it and fill it with some random color other than white, and it shows, then its transparent)
then make sure you're on the lineart layer, and right above the layers box there should be three little check boxes, one that says preserve opacity. hope I helped (:

at the end, I usually try different colors to see what looks best
