The Avenger was designed as an Amarr Cruiser.I know that the side wings/blades are not standard Amarr design but i think they can add diversity to the race.
As for the name well let's just say it's pretty hard to find one that fits with Amarr.

Looks like what Amarr would do to a Sansha design, LOL. Wings could take a work but the birdlike "face" is very Amarrian...

It looks like you got the back end of a T3 Gallente and Mixed the Harbinger with a bit of the Prophecy in front you know that Amarr bird quality. The wing things are good though.

Make it green and it looks more gallente than amarr.
Hull shape and details arent amarr either.

Maybe abit 'over the top' for Amarr, but I really like the brutal design. And I agree with Dominar, if you could curv the small long wings just a little it would fit the Amarr more. In short I would surely fly this one.
