You're not dumb! I wouldn't have gotten it either if I wasn't a fan of both the fandoms involved in this drawing: Labyrinth, and Miraculous: Tales of Chat Noir and Ladybug.
I don't really know how to correctly explain the Labyrinth part of this, because that would contain spoilers, but I can try. So in Labyrinth, Jareth the Goblin King is in love with Sarah, who if you want more cute stuff with them, Kiyomi-chan16 has drawn a lot of adorable stuff which can explain the relationship between the two way better than I can. What the two characters from Miraculous Ladybug who are replacing Jareth and Sarah are saying are famous lines from Labyrinth.
As for the Miraculous Ladybug part...
Okay, so um, basically the blonde guy who's replacing Jareth the Goblin King, is Chat Noir, and he is in love with Ladybug a.k.a. Marinette, who's replacing Sarah's role in this. Chat Noir doesn't canonically have a bunch of cat features, but the fandom likes pretending that he exhibits cat like tendencies like where at the bottom of the comic he's playing with the ball. The horrible cat puns are canon though.
The kid that Marinette's holding is Manon, who is a minor character she babysits. Manon is replacing Toby, Sarah's brother.
I hope that that helped, but I'm sort of horrible at explanations.
