This is a picture that really feels like it's incomplete. There's mostly just water and sky, with some land. This means that you can do something else with this picture later on in the future.
The color scheme isn't very bright. In fact, it's dull, dismal, and gloomy. So later on, you could use this as a starting point to make a creepy, and macabre picture. Some monster could be coming up out of the water, or some demon or fallen angel could be appearing out of the sky. This picture still has possibilities.
Please keep thinking on this picture.

That silver light on the clouds is really gorgeous.
Reminds me of those evening sunsets when there is a possible storm coming.
For now, it is only a moment of peace tho
Calm smooth waters, reflecting the surroundings.
Branches still, maybe a little bristle when we are not looking

The funniest here is that I had a very limited palette and I had to experiment a lot to achieve such colours. I used only:
- light skin tone
- neutral light grey
- intense blue
- black
- light pale blue
- white
- and brick red.
But I like the result. After that, when I bought more colours, I made two more drawings, but they were terrible >__>... Having more colours doesn't mean that I can stop thinking ^^'. I also can't erase mistakes too easily in this technique so it's quite challenging. But this piece I really like. Sad, that I can't repeat this result, especially about clouds XD. But I hope to achieve such level consciously soon 
I like how it's calm and cold... it nicely reflects my mood that day. And these rough trees without leaves... but you're right that there is some warmth and it might be a sunset
