I didn't think much of the new Soundwave until the season finale. Cool redesign, I did like that, but otherwise he almost struck me more like Shockwave than Soundwave(comparing to the 80's cartoon). But yeah, the zero-to-ass-kicking fight was pretty sweet.

You've got the helmet perfectly but what could have made it better is his screen could show a reflection of a defeated Airachnid, just a suggestion mind you

Soundwave stays on the Nemesis because he doesn't need to prove how great he is more than once a season
