Oh yes, and the feet remind me of hooves. Maybe have one line attaching the feet/paws to the leg, so they don't feel so separated....or make them rounder I suppose

I LOVE this!! My only critique would be in regard to the back legs....they're a bit "loose" and more curved on the outside edges than the rest of the body.....I would try making them more hard-edged and angular. It would also help to emulate the feel of lightning better, as opposed to flowing water.

Reeeally awesome tattoo design! I love how the back quills/spikes turned out for Jolteon. The suggestive facial detail turned out great too! As for a critique, I would probably remove one or two quill/spikes from the top of the neck, since it looks a little crowded or overwhelming with all of them clumped there. Otherwise, the design is great and the anatomy looks good!
