Anyone following my Instagram is probably sick of me taking snaps of this every five minutes but I wanted to show you guys the drawing so far. Currently I am working on a makeup series based on the Seven Deadly Sins, but I'm also trying to get drawing done of them first so I have a really clear image in my head of what I'm going for. With the sheer amount of props and time I'm putting into this series the last thing I want to do is mess up.Oh and this is the drawing of Sloth. Think old faded makeup, dust, webs, dirt and dead spiders (and woodlice)

hello, I've been following your videos and art for a while and I really look forward this series, but I just wondered: why are dust, spiders and dirt linked to sloth for you? sorry might be a silly question but i don't get it

Sloth is meant to be the sin of inactivity. That involves being lazy in higiene/appearance, not using your talents and general laziness.
So my idea was to use colours which are muted (like you'd left them in the sun for too long and they'd faded), dust and dirt (all the things that collect when things are not kept clean) and the animals that tend to live in abandoned/rotting places.
